Girls Shared Bedroom {Amy Butler Love}

I'm excited to show you my nieces shared bedroom update.  Sometimes when reading blogs or looking at pinterest I get totally overwhelmed and want to do NOTHING since what I see just seems impossible.  So with my brother's house I'm trying to focus on all the little changes that didn't take a ton of time or money but really improved the rooms!  Here is how the girls room turned out!

Ruffled Bed Skirt {Girls Aqua and Grey Bedroom}

I'm back to sewing ruffles again.  I know I swore I would never ruffle again after how long the ruffled curtains took but I really wanted a ruffly bedskirt to match the curtains.  So I bought two twin flat sheet from Walmart for $5 each and set to work.

Ruffled Curtains

I'm so excited to be finished with the ruffle curtains for E's big girl room. They turned out  how I wanted them to but were SO much work.  They seemed to take longer then her super ruffly duvet I made last year.  They will hang in her room until she goes to college for sure!

Zig Zag Quilt without triangles {Girl Bedroom}

I'm so excited to show you some of the projects for my daughter's big girl room. I totally love the Ruby fabric from Bonnie and Camille and it's been my inspiration for the colors for the room. I started by using the some of the fabric to make a zig zag quilt. My first hard quilt EVER and it was really easy!
